The Marquee Kitchen is the passion project of husband and wife team; Mark and Ashley Yundt. Mark, born and raised in South Bethlehem got his start in the restaurant business at the age of 15, washing pots and pans at his cousin's restaurant. Since then there has been no looking back, his twenty four year career has touched on all aspects of food and beverage, from hotels, fine dining, casinos, resorts, and farmers markets.
Over the years he has had the opportunity to oversee the opening of multiple concepts. The most exciting is the one started in the Spring of 2021 with his wife Ashley who he met working in the business. Ashley brings another decade plus of food, beverage and hospitality management experience to the table, having managed restaurants, bars, and brewery tap rooms. Together, this husband and wife team love to share their passion for food and the power it has to bring people together.
The Marquee Kitchen is a from scratch kitchen that offers fully customized menus for each client while utilizing the bountiful local food sources in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. The Marquee Kitchen focuses on building friendships and partnerships with the talented makers, farmers, brewers and artists we humbly meet along the way.
